Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Kirkland held at the Town of Kirkland Municipal Building, 3699 NYS Route 12B, Clinton, Oneida County, New York on May 14, 2007, 2:00 p.m.
Present:
Supervisor Annette S. Foley
Councilman Harvey N. Yando
Councilman Nicholas S. Venero
Councilman Michael D. O'Neil
Absent:
Councilman Robert J. Meelan
Supervisor Foley called the special meeting to order and explained that a public hearing needs to be scheduled in order for the public to respond to the Stormwater Management Report.
RESOLUTION #16
Upon motion of Councilman Yando, seconded by Councilman Venero the following resolution was presented:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board schedule a Public Hearing regarding the Stormwater Management Annual Report for 2006 - 2007 at the regular Kirkland Town Board meeting on May 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
Upon the roll call vote, four voted aye, none opposed and the resolution was declared adopted. (Councilman Meelan absent)
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, upon motion of Councilman Venero, seconded by Councilman O'Neil the meeting was adjourned at 2:07 p.m.
